If the lottery-funded tuition assistance program has helped you pay for and attend technical college, we want to hear from you!
The South Carolina Technical College System is interested in hearing about your experience with the tuition assistance program. If you have used lottery funds to help pay for technical college tuition during at least one full semester of classes and otherwise would not have had the opportunity to do so without the tuition assistance, Email us with your story.
We may even feature your story on a new "Success Stories" section of our website to be launched in coming weeks.
Note: by submitting your story/experience/photo, you are implicitly granting permission for us to publish and otherwise use any and all of those items in our communications.
Be sure to include in your e-mail :
1. your full name, address and phone number (you are encouraged, though not required, to send a picture of yourself, too).
2. the first and successive semesters that you took advantage of lottery-funded tuition assistance to help pay for technical college tuition.
3. what degree you are pursuing or classes you are taking, and the reasons why you chose that/those program(s)
4. your comments about the value of the tuition assistance you received [i.e.: whether the tuition assistance program is a valuable and worthwhile program and/or how the tuition assistance program has helped you get started (or re-started) on a career path that otherwise wouldn't have been possible).
