"Enjoy Life...This is Not a Dress Rehearsal"

Marianne Frederick RPT, MHSA, Professional Speaker, Interactive Trainer and Humorist

http://www.mariannefrederick.com

Marianne is a speaker, interactive educator and humorist whose original career was physical therapy. It's an intriguing combination of talents, and she feels that her sense of humor has shaped her into a better speaker, educator and therapist.

She is one of those "special" Yankees who moved from Ohio to the Upstate of South Carolina and later earned a Masters in Health Services Administration (MHSA) from the Medical University of South Carolina, but enjoys telling everyone that the MHSA really stands for a "Masters in Humorously Sharing Anecdotes".

She has spoken to over two thousand people on the topic of HUMOR as it relates to health, creativity and productivity.  Her audiences have included medical, business and educational professionals who have been energized and entertained in a variety of formats from keynote speeches to day-long retreats.
Laugh out loud as you learn how humor impacts your health, energy level and enthusiasm at work and at home, and take away fun tips to use daily.

This high energy, interactive and humorous presentation will teach you:

1) The three benefits of integrating humor, laughter and a playful spirit into your life;

2) How to identify five ways to increase your energy and enthusiasm;

3) How to create an ‘Action Plan’ to utilize a positive and playful attitude to improve your morale, motivation and personal productivity
