Accessibility Requests/Issues

The SC Technical College System does not discriminate against individuals with disabilities.  Because of the importance of access to Web based resources, as well as access to electronic information, the SC Technical College System is committed to providing accessible websites and other electronic information pursuant to the standards set forth in Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act, as well as other South Carolina laws, and State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education (SBTCE) policies and procedures.

This resource guide provides links to background information about web accessibility requirements, standards, and assessment tools.  Also, the guide includes links to additional resources and reference materials that may be useful to those designing or maintaining web sites and online courses and course materials.
